The Anthony Beaton-trained filly stretched her career record to a flawless eight-from-eight after taking control mid-race before pacing away effortlessly under Dexter Dunn’s care.
Already unbeaten through eight starts, Be Perfect Bg continues to stamp herself as one of the most exciting young fillies in North America and another elite performer from Perfect Sting’s first crop.
“The first time I sat behind her, I thought she was a special filly,” Beaton said. “She continues to show us that every day.”
Perfect Sting’s impact on the card didn’t end there, with his progeny also completing a clean sweep of the NJSS Silver Finals.
Obliterate was victorious in the Silver division for Colts & Geldings, while Sting Girl captured the Silver final for fillies, giving Perfect Sting four stakes winners across the one program.
